Hermie and Luella looking for new homes

Hermie does great with people he meets. He is very friendly and social, and loves treats and pets. He is a dominant-personality boy who can go with a friendly/submissive girl dog, or he would make a wonderful “only dog” BFF.

Hermie is a year old and about 60 pounds. For more information or to adopt, go to www.dontbullyus.com. ••

Luella was found wandering the streets without fear but she was just too sweet to be living outside. She’s an active girl who loves to play with cat toys and explore. She is forward with her affection, can be held and likes cuddling. She has a very curious nature and gets along well with other cats.

Luella is good with older children and cats. It is unknown how she is with dogs.

Luella, 2, is spayed and up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

For more information, to fill out an application, to volunteer at one of Northeast Animal Rescue’s three Pet Valu locations or to submit your rescue pet’s picture for possible use in a 2021 calendar, visit nar.rescuegroups.org. ••
