May and Kallias can’t wait to find new homes

May’s a 3-year-old, 4-pound Chihuahua.

She’s friendly with other dogs, cats and kids.

She’s trained on a pee pad and in a crate and likes to play with toys and other dogs.

Her new home must have another playful dog and a secured, fenced-in yard.

May is healthy and ready to go.

Kallias was rescued in the nick of time. He was found lying on the street in West Philly on a very hot summer day. He was malnourished and had an open wound on his tail that was crawling with maggots. He was rushed to the vet for treatment and has completely recovered. He is friendly and very affectionate. If you make eye contact with him, he will make his way to you for head rubs and will start purring away. He enjoys window gazing, playing with toys and napping beside you. He is easygoing and gets along with other cats and older children. He has not met dogs.

Kallias, 2, is neutered and up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.
