Mike Doyle, the Democratic candidate in the 170th Legislative District, on Sunday teamed with Asian American and Pacific Islander supporters of Joe Biden for the launch of a voter canvas in the Northeast.
The event kicked off at an office at 13050 Bustleton Ave. in Somerton. Among those in attendance were Andrew Yang, who sought the Democratic presidential nomination this year; Nina Ahmad, the Democratic candidate for auditor general; U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle; and state Rep. Joe Hohenstein.
The Democrats sought to collect some voter registration forms before this past Monday’s deadline. ••
