Thanksgiving feast

Bagging turkeys were (from left) Donny Smith, executive director of the Mayfair Business Improvement District; Boris Zelen, of the Rolls Auto finance department; and Rachael Mahoney, community relations officer in the 15th Police District.

Rolls Auto Sales, Frankford and Magee avenues, gave away 150 turkeys on Saturday afternoon.

Rolls partnered with the Mayfair Business Improvement District and City Councilman Bobby Henon. Owner Michael Milis has been doing the giveaway for three years.

Mayfair BID executive director Donny Smith and 15th Police District community relations officer Rachael Mahoney bagged the turkeys.

Henon’s staff distributed candy, masks and pencils.

John McBride served as DJ and announced the winners of door prizes, gift baskets and gift bags filled with Thanksgiving trimmings and other items sponsored by Rolls and Henon.

The winner of a flat-screen TV was announced on Monday. ••
