Passion for fashion at St. Hubert

Pat Ciarrocchi interviews senior Emily Livewell, who made pillows for family members using her late grandmom's clothing as a remembrance to her.

St. Hubert High School held its fourth annual fashion show on Sunday on the pool deck of the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale.

The fashion/textile students designed and sewed their own outfits for Taking a Sunday Stroll. Jillian Smith is their teacher.

The school’s chamber orchestra performed, and former Channel 3 news personality Pat Ciarrocchi served as emcee.

Among those in attendance were St. Hubert president Lizanne Pando, principal Gerry Laskowski, former president and principal Joanne Walls, state Rep. Mike Driscoll and Kathryn Ott Lovell, commissioner of the city Department of Parks and Recreation and a 1992 St. Hubert graduate. ••
