St. Hubert Alumnae Association will hold a Zoom trivia night on Friday, June 4, at 7:30.

Boston sports radio personality Mike “Sarge” Riley will host.

The cost is $25 per person, and there can be teams of up to six.

History meeting Wednesday night

The Northeast Philadelphia History Network will hold a Zoom meeting on Wednesday, June 2, at 7 p.m.

The topic will be Real Philly History, Real Fast. The speaker will be Jim Murphy, an author and Philadelphia historian.

Charity golf tournament scheduled

The Miracle League of Northampton Township will hold its first golf tournament on Friday, June 4, at Northampton Valley Country Club.

Tee-off is at 9 a.m. There will be a putting contest and hole-in-one prizes.

The cost per player is $150. A box lunch will be provided.

Non-golfers are invited to make donations of any amount. Sponsors are also welcome.

Proceeds will go to construction of an all-inclusive playground and sports programs for disabled children. The Miracle League offers soccer, baseball, bowling and basketball.

Checks can be made payable to Miracle League of Northampton Township and mailed to Miracle League Golf Outing, 53 Brinker Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901.

O’Neill holding events

City Councilman Brian O’Neill will be holding events at his offices on two upcoming Saturdays, both from 9 a.m. to noon.

Shredding will take place June 5 at 432 Rhawn St.

A recycling bucket giveaway is set for June 19 at the FOP at 11630 Caroline Road. ••

Magic show at Holmesburg Library

The Amazing Magi will perform a magic show on Tuesday, June 8, at 2 p.m. at Holmesburg Library, 7810 Frankford Ave. (at Hartel Avenue).

The show will include funny puppets and audience participation.

The rain date is June 15.

Cranaleith available for meetings

Cranaleith Spiritual Center, a 10-acre campus at 13475 Proctor Road in Somerton, welcomes groups of 36 or fewer to reserve space in the Education and Conference Center for group meetings, staff retreats and team-building activities.

Meal options and overnight accommodations are available. Groups may bring their own facilitator or schedule a Cranaleith staff-led retreat.

St. Hubert food truck BYOB

Alumnae, students, future St. Hubert High School pupils, families and friends are invited to the first Bambies Summer Blastoff.

The event will take place on Saturday, June 19, from 6 to 10 p.m.

There will be a BYOB food truck event at Kubbie’s Corner in Bridesburg.

Twenty-five percent of all food truck sales will be donated to the school.

All ages are welcome, but you must be 21 to drink (no hard liquor).

Kubbie’s Corner is located at 2900 Orthodox St.

There will be T-shirt sales, a 50/50 and raffle baskets, with all proceeds to benefit the St. Hubert Faculty Scholarship Fund. ••

Food distribution on June 12

Changed Lives Church, located at 6816 Jackson St. in Tacony, will hold a food distribution on Saturday, June 12, at 11:30 a.m. ••
