Bella, Jeannie just what your home needs

Bella is looking for her forever home. This 8-month-old puppy was recently surrendered to the shelter because her owner thought they had too many pets. Bella is the perfect pup – she’s house trained, dog friendly and loves everyone she meets. She would love to join a home with another playful dog. Meanwhile, Philadelphia residents are invited to bring their dogs and cats to a vaccination clinic hosted by Philadoptables, Morris Animal Refuge and Philly Auto & Parole. The clinic will be held on Sunday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to noon, at Philly Auto & Parole, 5224 Woodland Ave. The cost is $20 for vaccines and a flea and tick prevention microchip. For more information, email info@philadoptables.org. ••

Jeannie can initially be a little shy but warms up quick with a little affection. She is a sweet little girl who was rescued during a trap-neuter-return event. Jeannie needs a loving home that will give her a chance to blossom.

Jeannie, 5, is spayed and up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.
