Rocky is a 1-year-old Lab mix at just under 60 pounds. He has a wonderful demeanor and is great with everyone he meets. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He loves going for walks, playing fetch and getting belly rubs. As much as he loves to be active, he also enjoys his down time. He is crate trained and housebroken. He is good with kids but it is recommended they be over 7 years old so he doesn’t unknowingly knock them over during play time. He is OK with other dogs his size but would be happiest as an only dog getting all the attention. He would not do well with cats. Oscar and Gus are year-old gerbils looking for a new home. Together since they were born, they are happy to snack from your hand and enjoy playing in their pen. They are tame and love having extra room to run around. Their supplies and toys will be donated to their adopter. Gus and Oscar are looking for someone who can give them the time and attention they deserve.
Gerbils are active, clever animals and friendly by nature. When accustomed to handling and handled properly, gerbils are gentle critters and seldom bite. Gerbils are best suited for older children who have learned proper handling techniques and can assist parents with some of the regular care responsibilities.
Gerbils have an average of 3 to 4 years and are active during all hours of the day. Gerbils hate being alone and love company, and do best when kept in same-sex groups.
