The 17th annual Car Show and Member Appreciation Day, sponsored by American Heritage Credit Union and 98.1 WOGL, raised $25,000 for the Kids-N-Hope Foundation’s, which funds children’s health and life services, especially music therapy, at local hospitals.

The event, held at AHCU’s headquarters at 2060 Red Lion Road, commemorated the 25th anniversary of The Kids-N-Hope Foundation.

In all, there were more than 300 cars and 7,500 attendees.

There was a concert by LeCompt, craft vendors, food, a Gelatin Slide, free cupcakes, a live broadcast by WOGL, a petting zoo, inflatables, carnival games, ax throwing and appearances by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Tuskegee Airmen and 98/1 morning host Glenn Kalina.

“It was exciting to have our members, the community and our Foundation supporters back on our campus to safely celebrate this outstanding milestone together and help raise $25,000 for The Kids-N-Hope Foundation,” said Bruce K. Foulke, president and CEO of American Heritage. “Without the continual support of event participants, sponsors and the community, the Foundation would not be able to carry out its mission to positively impact child life services and provide creative outlets like music therapy to local children undergoing medical treatment.” ••
