State Rep. Joe Hohenstein presented a citation to Fire Engine 38, 4933 Magee Ave., for assisting in providing support for an emergency shelter for animals. Hohenstein helped to set up a temporary animal shelter with Engine 38, as 100 dogs had to be moved to a temporary location. Among those accepting the citation was Capt. Derek Bowmer. ••
