State Rep. Jared Solomon, in partnership with Gary Barbera, on Monday morning hosted a gas card giveaway to help alleviate the pain caused by high gas prices. The event, featuring the Barbera Bear, took place at Castor Food and Fuel, at Castor and Tyson avenues. The first 50 people received $50 gas cards. ••
