Holmesburg Civic Association will hold its annual holiday party meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 7:15 p.m. at Holmesburg Recreation Center, 4500 Rhawn St.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for a chance to win prizes and gift certificates to neighborhood businesses.

The event is free, and all are welcome.
