The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing child Sloane Weber. Sloane, from the 7700 block of Revere St., was last seen in the area of St. Vincent and Leon streets at about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. The child was inside a black 2018 Volkswagen Passat, Pennsylvania temporary tag MDF-3125.
Sloane is 4 years old, 3 feet 5 inches tall, 40 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue pants.
