Anastasia Fratanduono, an Archbishop Ryan graduate, has been named a 2023 team captain for the Kutztown University cross country team. It’s the second time that Fratanduono has been named captain. The squad opens the season on Friday, Sept. 1, at the Panthers XC Invite. That race will take place at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York. ••
