The police department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals in the attached video. These individuals are wanted for a looting/commercial burglary incident that occurred on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at P.C. Richard & Son located at 2420 Cottman Ave.

Anyone with information on the incident or suspects is asked to call Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153 or call/text the police department tipline at 215-686-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be submitted via phillypolice.com.
