THMA MG Primary Care at Cottman is open 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.

The family medicine providers of Primary Care at Cottman are Dr. Michael Avallone Jr. and Dr. David Sevitski, who both earned their medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
