The Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit received reports of previous sexual assaults on two minor children in September.
After an investigation, 37-year-old Kendall Stephens, from the 600 block of Allengrove St. in Lawncrest, was arrested on Monday.
Stephens, a transgender woman, is charged with two counts of Rape, Indecent Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors and related charges.
