The Gary Barbera Coats for Kids Tour last Friday visited Laura H. Carnell Elementary School, at Summerdale and Devereaux avenues in Oxford Circle.
Barbera was joined in the coat giveaway by state Reps. Jared Solomon and Anthony Bellmon and the Barbera Bear.
“Giving brand-new coats to students who need them and feeling their excitement and seeing their smiles in return, that’s a memorable experience for the kids and for us right here in our local neighborhood,” Barbera said. ••
