St. Matt’s varsity boys are CYO champs

The St. Matthew Varsity CYO boys basketball team, made up of high school juniors and seniors, captured the Region 1 championship with a 40-22 victory over St. Christopher.

Anthony Mariani and Anthony Conte were the coaches.

The players were seniors Seamus Hart, Timothy Gress, Christopher Coulter and Eric Smith and juniors Ryder Stearn, Christian Haigh, Jagger Welsch, Michael Gambone, Michael Schuster and James Conte. ••
