Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court #2222, St. Dominic Parish, last week held its annual education contest reception, honoring 20 fourth- through eighth-grade students for their entries in art, photography, computer art, poetry and essay.

The event was held in Marian Hall. St. Dominic students followed one of two themes: God’s love and kindness will shine upon us like the sun that rises in the sky (Luke 1:78) or How does my love shine for others?
