Life Revival, a new adolescent and adult psychiatric outpatient clinic at 6404 Roosevelt Blvd., recently held an open house/ribbon cutting.
At Life Revival, patients will be able to speak in their native language with health care providers.
Through an approach that combines therapy, counseling, psychiatric care and community support, the program aims to provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to achieve lasting mental wellness.
“The enthusiastic mental health professionals at Life Revival strive to help individuals navigate mental health challenges and achieve a renewed sense of vitality and purpose in life,” said Dr. Douglas Faxon Jr., clinical director of Life Revival.
“We are a psychiatric outpatient clinic that offers a range of services tailored to support mental health and well-being,” Faxon said. “Through personalized individual treatment, group therapy, mental health education, in personal and telemedicine sessions we help our patients reach success.”
