• Kutztown University has 35 players in its women’s soccer program, including three local players: sophomore midfielders/defenders Chelsea Ritter and Carly Walsh and freshman forward Gianna Rivera, all graduates of Archbishop Ryan. Last year’s squad ended the season with a 15-2-5 overall record and a 12-0-4 record in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
• Kaci Fitz-Gerald has enrolled at James Madison University for the fall semester. Fitz-Gerald is majoring in Nursing.

• Andres Vazquez-Lopez ’18 will receive a Young Alumni Award from Lebanon Valley College on Oct. 11 as part of Homercoming weekend. Vazquez-Lopez immigrated to Lancaster at 4 from Mexico. He earned a Chemistry degree, then a Ph.S. in Chemistry from Temple. ••
