Cornhole tournament benefits Kids-N-Hope

Teams of two registered for either the experienced bracket or beginners bracket, with all proceeds supporting the Kids-N-Hope Foundation.

American Heritage Credit Union joined the Kids-N-Hope Foundation to raise $12,600 during the third annual Cornhole Tournament. All proceeds from the event benefit the Kids-N-Hope Foundation, which aims to enhance children’s health and life services through pediatric music therapy at local hospitals and not-for-profit organizations.

The tournament was made up of 83 teams, and more 200 individuals attended the fundraising event, representing members, neighbors and employees of American Heritage, as well as other local credit unions and community partners. Cash prizes and trophies were awarded to the top two teams in each of the tournament’s brackets. One bracket consisted of experienced players, while the other was for beginners.

“This year’s tournament was a huge success. We’re thrilled to have raised these funds at our third annual Cornhole Tournament to help our Kids-N-Hope Foundation carry out its mission,” said Bruce K. Foulke, founder and chairman of the Kids-N-Hope Foundation and president and CEO of American Heritage Credit Union. “We hope everyone who attended and participated in the event had a fun-filled evening. Our community is essential to ensuring we can continue to create positive impacts in the lives of pediatric patients each year.” ••
