St. Jerome Parish has a new monument dedicated to military veterans past and present.
The marker reads, “God Bless Those Who Serve and Who Have Served. All Gave Some. Some Gave All.”
It also features the seals of the U.S. Departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
The monument, located next to the church, includes American flags and flowers, including some in the shape of a cross.
An American flag pole stands behind the monument. ••
