Crow Holdings last week donated $15,000 to Parkwood Youth Organization as a community benefit contribution.

Crow Holdings is building a warehouse and distribution center at 14515 McNulty Road that will be leased to The Martin-Brower Company, a partner with McDonald’s.
Crow Holdings presented PYO officials with a framed certificate noting the group’s “thoughtful participation” in the Civic Design Review process.

Crow Holdings met with PYO and the Parkwood and Mechanicsville civic associations prior to starting construction.

City Councilman Brian O’Neill attended the July 8 presentation at PYO, 3301 Mechanicsville Road.

The presentation was made by Johanna Chervak, vice president for development at Crow Holdings, and Brett Feldman, the company’s attorney.

Accepting the donation were PYO president Dan Singleton, vice president Jackie Iuliano, treasurer Nancy Anderson, secretary Heather Weney and board member/coach Jamie Misnik.

PYO will use the money for field maintenance.

The McNulty Road project is the second one in the Northeast for Crow Holdings. The other is the Amazon delivery station at 2900 Grant Ave. ••
