• Georgia Tech presented degrees to 6,660 undergraduate and graduate students during its 268th commencement exercises. Local graduates were Cameron Candelori, Alex Grinshteyn and Peilin Zhao.
• Megan Duffy, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham Campus in Madison, New Jersey, has been named to the honors list for the spring 2025 semester. To qualify for the honors list, a student must carry a 3.5 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours.
• Kutztown University conferred degrees for nearly 1,200 students for the 2025 spring semester. Local graduates were Alexa D. Carmichael (art education degree, cum laude), Tyler J. Glass (biology, summa cum laude), Madison Adrianna Martino (Elementary Education – PreK-4, magna cum laude), William Arthur McQuoid (Music, cum laude), Alyssa Marie Nagy (Criminal Justice, magna cum laude), Emilie V. Ortiz (Communication Design, summa cum laude), Shannon V. Remolde (Accounting, summa cum laude) and Felise Angelique Willard (Elementary Education – PreK-4, cum laude). ••
