Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 and City Councilmen Mike Driscoll and Brian O’Neill presented the International WeLoveU Foundation with a Council citation.
The nonprofit organization was essential in helping the city clean up after the Jan. 31 plane crash on Cottman Avenue and hosted blood drives and community cleanups in neighborhoods in the Northeast and throughout the city. ••
