Backpack giveaway at Spruance, thanks to Barbera and Solomon

State Rep. Jared Solomon held a backpack giveaway on Wednesday at a back-to-school night at Gilbert Spruance Elementary School, 6401 Horrocks St.

Solomon’s staff was on hand with state resources to help parents and students.
