The Rockledge Fox Chase Business Association held a tree-lighting ceremony at Lions Park on Dec. 6. The afternoon included face painting, coloring, candy canes, pretzels, Joseph’s potato bacon soup, dance performances, live music, crafters/vendors, hot chocolate, a visit by the Engine 56 fire truck and a chance to send Christmas cards to residents of the Delaware Valley Veterans Home. Santa Claus arrived on the Rockledge Fire Company truck, then kids sat on his lap to tell him what they wanted for Christmas. ••
