Settlement Music School’s Kardon-Northeast Branch presented a free performance of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Ballet on Dec. 6. The dancers performed 14 acts under the direction of ballet instructor and choreographer Sarah Warren.
The Kardon-Northeast string ensemble performed to open the show, entertaining the crowd with renditions of popular carols Joy to the World, Silent Night, O Holy Night, The Christmas Song and Let it Snow.
The event was free and open to the public, and Settlement provided complimentary refreshments afterward. ••
