• Millersville University recognized students who demonstrated exceptional academic achievement during the fall 2025 semester by earning a place on the dean’s list. Eligible students must achieve a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher. Local members of the list are Gabrielle Bowes, Class of 2029 Finance major; Saralee Emile, Class of 2029 Biology major; Kehmar Green, Class of 2027 Applied Engineering and Technology Management major; Nicholas Merrigan, Class of 2026 Applied Engineering and Technology Management major; Daniel Whittingham, Class of 2027 Applied Engineering and Technology Management major; and Ethan Winter, Class of 2027 Emergency Management major.

David Comitale, a graduate of William Penn Charter School, has been named to the fall 2025 dean’s list while studying Political Science at Muhlenberg College. To be eligible for the dean’s list, Muhlenberg students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or better.

Hannah Klevans was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s dean’s list for the 2025 fall semester. Klevans is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Students taking undergraduate courses who have earned at least 12 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher are on the dean’s list.

Yeremi Duran was named to the fall 2025 dean’s list at Hudson Valley Community College (New York). Duran is studying in the Individual Studies academic program. The dean’s list recognizes students who earn a term GPA from 3.0 to 3.49.

• Wilkes University announced the dean’s list for the fall 2025 semester. To be named to the dean’s list, students must obtain a minimum 3.5 grade point average and carry at least 12 credits. Local students named to the list were Grace Mangan and Abigail Malin.

Angelina Salera was named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll for the 2025 fall semester as a member of the Alvernia women’s volleyball team. A graduate of Archbishop Ryan, she studies Occupational Therapy. The honor roll is composed of student-athletes who registered a fall term/semester GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) or higher.

• Ursinus College recognized academic excellence by naming high-achieving students to the fall 2025 provost’s list. The honor recognizes full-time students who have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Local members of the list are Nicole Burke, Samuel Landherr, Tristan Machado and Mia Sideris.

• The following local students earned a GPA of 3.5 or above during the fall semester and were named to the dean’s list at the University of Alabama: Ava Costello, Carleigh McCaffery, Sean Strange and Michael Zarzycki.

• Worcester Polytechnic Institute announced that Christian Lambie, a member of the class of 2026 majoring in Robotics Engineering, was named to the university’s dean’s list for academic excellence for the fall 2025 semester.

• Wilson College announced Mavis Alamezi, Fabiola Banatte and Haley Ann Burgess were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2025 semester. The list contains the names of those students whose grade-point average for the semester has been 3.5 or higher.

• PennWest University honored nearly 900 graduates during recent commencement ceremonies. The following local students were among those recognized: Nyiah Alderman (Master of Science in Counseling – Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Global Online); Edward Brylewski (Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Global Online); Hua Chen (Master of Science in Library Science – Reference and User Service, Global Online); Lizzy McNamee (Master of Science in Speech Pathology, California, Pa. campus); Samuel Owusu (Master of Business Administration – Healthcare Management, Global Online); Tahiradeen Sayles (Master of Science in Library Science, Global Online).

• A total of 81 Muhlenberg College student-athletes were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2025 season. To be named to the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average. Local honor roll athletes are Thomas Cerruti, a graduate of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School and a member of the football team; Devon Cheeseman, a graduate of Nazareth Academy and a member of the women’s soccer team studying Sustainability Studies; and Colin Kearney, a graduate of Germantown Academy and a member of the football team studying Finance. ••
