Tacony’s Star of Hope Baptist Church will hold a 40th pastoral anniversary for Pastor Hubert B. Barnes and the Rev. Evelyn Barnes on Saturday, March 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Philadelphia Ballroom, 2014 Hornig Road.
Attire is semi-formal.
