Holme Circle OKs home addition

The Holme Circle Civic Association last week approved a variance request for a property at 3151 Stamford St. (at Albion Street).

The owners of the 2-story home want to build a ground-floor in-law suite addition. The homeowner said her 82-year-old mom will live in the addition.

The house will continue to have one entrance.

The civic voted 12-2 in favor.

A Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting is scheduled for March 25.
