The nonprofit Philadelphia Protestant Home, a senior living community at 6401 Martins Mill Road in Lawndale, has been named “High Performing” in Long-Term Care by U.S. News & World Report in its 2026 Best Nursing Homes ratings — the highest designation awarded in the category.
The “High Performing” designation is awarded to nursing homes that significantly outperform national averages in areas such as patient outcomes, staffing levels and quality measures.
The recognition highlights PPH’s ongoing commitment to quality care and resident well-being across its skilled nursing program (Pathways), part of a full continuum of services for older adults.
“We are incredibly proud of the team at PPH and the compassionate care they provide every day,” said Kelli Mills, Vice President of Operations at EverTrue, PPH’s management partner. “Receiving a High Performing rating from U.S. News & World Report reflects the dedication, professionalism and heart our team members bring to supporting residents and their families.”
Pathways Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation at PPH provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care and personalized support services designed to promote healing, independence and quality of life.
The Protestant Home offers independent living, personal care, memory care and skilled nursing services. PPH has cared for older adults for more than 135 years. ••
