Fatal motorcycle crash on Woodhaven Road

Police have released the identity of the motorcyclist who died in a multi-vehicle crash during rush hour on Woodhaven Road on July 17.

Jeffrey Brown, 30, from North Carolina, was operating a 2007 Suzuki and speeding westbound on the expressway near Millbrook Road at about 6:30 p.m. when he struck the rear of a 2009 Ford Fusion, then struck the wall of an overpass, police said. His cycle burst into flames.
