The crime occurred at Philly Stop and Shop, 2800 Willits Road, on July 12. At about 5:19 a.m., two unknown men removed a glass plate from the front door of the store. One of the crooks waited outside as a lookout while the other went inside and stole several cartons of cigarettes along with an unknown number of lottery tickets, police said. The burglars were last seen fleeing southbound on Ashton Road.

One man was described as black, in his late teens or early 20s, with a thin build, wearing a baseball cap, tank top and long shorts. The other man was described as white, in his late teens or early 20s, with a beard, a Mohawk haircut and a long-sleeve shirt. Visit the Philadelphia Police channel on YouTube.com to view the video. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPD TIP to report information. ••
