The Frankford Neighborhood Advisory Council’s Zoning Committee last week approved variance applications for two neighborhood properties. There were no objections to plans to put an addition on the rear of 4314 Leiper and also make the single-family home a duplex. Similarly, there were no objections to legalize multifamily units at 1652 Haworth.
The committee meets every third Thursday in the basement of the Second Baptist Church of Frankford, Mulberry and Meadow streets. ••
