Pine Road bridge gets new weight restriction

Pine Road’s bridge over Pennypack Creek is getting a new weight restriction of 20 tons while the Streets Department repairs some deterioration recently discovered.

Pedestrians and vehicles will be able to use the bridge as repairs are made, the department announced in a June 20 news release.
