Two local girls are members of the Huntingdon Valley AA Freedom under-14 team that recently captured the U.S. Youth Soccer Region I Presidents Cup during a tournament in Slippery Rock.
Ashley Andalis and Dominique Doebley are part of a Freedom squad that will compete for the national championship in Greenville, South Carolina, from July 10–13.
Ashley plays soccer at St. Hubert High School. Dominique is graduating from St. Dominic Elementary School this year and will enroll at St. Hubert. ••
