A gunshot wound of the head claimed the life of an Olney man inside a Frankford house early Saturday, but police have little information about who pulled the trigger and why.
Officers responding to a 911 report of a “hospital case” went to a residence on the 1600 block of Foulkrod St. at about 5 a.m. and found the fatally wounded Shareef Young, 31, in a second-floor hallway. Paramedics pronounced him dead within minutes. Young lived on the 5500 block of Westford Road.
Police have released no information about possible suspects or a motive in the slaying. ••
