The friendly guy was found roaming the streets, but is content and enjoys his lifestyle. He likes going for walks and seems to be house trained. Individuals or families looking to adopt him should bring along their dogs to see if they get along.

Anyone interested in adopting Martin can contact his foster mom at chargeit@aol.com ••

Pretty Petunia

Poor sweet Petunia has been waiting for a home for a very long time.

The adult calico cat was found sick and with newborns. Her babies died, and Petunia was heartbroken.

Now in foster care via Forgotten Cats, she is hoping somebody cheers her up by welcoming her into their home.

Petunia is spayed and vaccinated, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

To apply to adopt Petunia, visit www.petfinder.com/shelters/PA586.html or go to the PetSmart at 901 Old York Road in Jenkintown. ••

Yo, Jenkins!

Jenkins is a handsome young man who loves attention and playing with toys. He was a stray cat who was desperately trying to get indoors during the warm summer months.

Now that he is safe in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue, Jenkins is in search of a permanent home.

The 15-month-old cat is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.

To adopt Jenkins, fill out an application at: http://nar.rescuegroups.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=5015100 ••
