Suspects sought in Wawa robbery

Two men stole cigarettes worth $650 from a Castor Gardens Wawa after charging behind the counter and scuffling with the cashier, Philadelphia police said.

The robbery occurred at about 12:10 a.m. on Nov. 28 at 6935 Castor Ave. Surveillance video released by police show the crooks grappling with the store clerk before grabbing about 10 cartons of smokes and fleeing on foot.

One robber was described as black, 30 years old and 6 feet tall with a long beard, black ski cap, black hoodie with white stripes and eyeglasses. The second man was described as black, 27 to 32 years old, 6 feet tall and thin. He had facial hair, a black Polo jacket, red undershirt, black hat and black jeans with a white fade.
