Troop given proclamation in memory of Scout leader

In loving memory: City Councilman Al Taubenberger last week presented a proclamation to St. William Boy Scout Troop 563 in memory of Bob Lux, former president of the Scout Council and a longtime Eagle Scout adviser. The Scout flag flew over City Hall. Lux died suddenly on Dec. 26.
