The Social Security office at 2373 Welsh Road will close for good at the end of business on Friday, April 5.
The office will relocate to the Ashton Business Center, 9300 Ashton Road, Unit 4, on Thursday, April 11.

Beginning Monday, April 22, through Friday, May 3, the new office will temporarily close to the public to allow for construction of the reception and interviewing areas.
The office will reopen to the public on Monday, May 6.
Social Security office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays.
