Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 32-year-old Charles Walton III, who was last seen July 9 on the 3300 block of Primrose Road.
Police describe him as standing 6 feet 2 and weighing 160 pounds with a tall build, light complexion and with black hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black, red and white shirt with blue jeans.
It is reported he has numerous mental ailments.
