Mfon-Abasi Connell-Gentle was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Connell-Gentle was initiated at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Connell-Gentle is among about 30,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. ••
The East Stroudsburg University Panhellenic Council held its annual Project Turkey fundraiser to assist families who are needy during the holiday season. Jerry Chen, a junior majoring in athletic training, was among the volunteers who gave out the food donations on Nov. 19 at the Salvation Army’s office in East Stroudsburg. ••
