Surveillance video recorded the man inside the church stealing the bags of donations. The video clearly shows the man’s face as he enters the room.

Police say the same man has stolen donations at least twice previously, on Dec. 4 and Dec. 31.

Police describe the burglar as being in his late 30s or early 40s, standing between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 10 and weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He has brown hair. He was wearing a black coat with light blue on the sleeves and shoulders, black pants, and was carrying a black backpack.
