Capital Tavern opens its doors

Capital Tavern, a new bar at Frankford and Sheffield avenues, hosted a grand opening on Sunday.

The bar features a jukebox, televisions, indoor and outdoor dining, along with a private room downstairs.

The property has been a bar for decades, under numerous names, most recently King’s Highway Tavern.

Mayoral candidate David Oh was among those in attendance. ••
