The Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce’s kickoff luncheon for its Women in Business conference will be held on Thursday, Sept. 29, at 11:30 a.m. at Pen Ryn Estate, 1601 State Road in Bensalem.

Linda M. Rosanio, a marketing and communications expert, will be the keynote speaker.
