The May 13 hold-up occurred at Royal Bank, 1650 Grant Ave. Ten days later, a second robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank, 1837 E. Allegheny Ave. Investigators did not detail the robber’s specific actions.

In both cases, the culprit was a Hispanic man in his 30s, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a medium build and a black beard, authorities said. For the earlier robbery, the crook wore a tan bucket hat, dark sunglasses, a dark jacket and blue jeans. For the latter crime, he wore a gray hoodie with blue sleeves, blue jeans, a dark baseball cap and sneakers.

Investigators warn that the man in the photos should be considered armed and dangerous. Call 215–418–4000 to report information about the cases. Callers may remain anonymous. There is a reward available. ••
